keep the length and do a shag style cut. it would look super cute and with side swept bangs.

Long layers + face frame will look good even in a pony tail. Maybe some long bangs will look cute too. You can pull em back into your pony or leave em out, and it will def look cute when you hair's down.

If i were you I would get lots of choppy layers. That way you can wear it down easily without doing barely anything to it and it will look fine. Also try getting layers that frame your face.
