First, make sure your hair is well conditioned. If it's not, it can frizz because of the dryness. Try applying a straightening aid to your damp hair. Loreal has one, John Freida makes one, you can bascially find a whole selection in your hair care aisle at Target or where ever. It usually helps to blow hair straight using a round, natural bristle brush. Make sure to direct the heat down, drying hair from the tips up can cause frizz. If your hair is still looking less than straight after the blow dry, use a straightening iron to go over your hair. Finally, use a finishing creme to help lock in moisture and the style. If you live in a humid area, your hair will probably start to frizz up during the day and there's not a lot that you can do about it.

You have to use different types of hair products. I myself use no frizz, and a shampoo for chemically treated hair. The real secret is to change products about every two to three weeks.
