without the frizzy poofy look? I have used gels and mouse but nothing seems to work. It always looks hard and gross.
I have really thick hair and it is long and wavy. What product should i put it in to make it nice and wavy?
Oh, yes, the long, thick, wavy/curly hair. I Also have long, curly, thick, frizzy and colored hair and I have recently started using the John Frieda products called Frizz Ease which can be picked up at Walmart for a fraction of the cost of other products. I use the Shampoo, Conditioner and the styling products that I have tried and have been successful with are the Winding Down Cream and the leave-in-conditioner as well as the Thermal Protection Serum that has silicone in it to seal your hair and make it shiny, but apply carefully until you get used to it because too much can leave your hair looking greasy. Their hair spray works wonderful for high-humidity locations. I live in Maine and only experience the humidity in July and August but it has been a life saver on the days of straightening my hair!!! Good Luck. Oh yeah, at my last hair appointment, I asked my stylist what could I use for products to eliminate the frizz and not have the crusty hard hair and she who ONLY recommends Professional Salon Styling Products said for hair like yours, use the Frizz Ease products but dint tell anyone I told you that!!!!
