I have really thick hair and i would like to be able to curl it in spirals. how do i do that?

Take it in sections and then take a peice, spray it with hair spray, put the end of the hair on the iorn, twist, count to 30 then let it go and douse it with another coat of spray...you wont even know and will look totaly cute..Or use rollers
