I have thick hair but i don t know if i should get short or long layers??

I as well have thick hair. Today I went to get my hair thinned. Instead the stylist put it in layers. My hair looks a lot thicker now then before, and i am really embarassed to go to school tommorow. Ask for long layers not short. I used to have long hair that I liked now I have short hair with layers that i dont like.

Have your stylist thin your hair and if you like straight hair, get short layers. If you like long hair, get long layers.

I would try long layers because I have short hair and it is not thick nor thin, but when I got short layers it got really puffy and insanely thick.

I have long thick hair as well and have just done the short layers it has really lightened my hair and given it more body and a bit more style to it aswell without losing the length.

Layers around the face depend on what shaped face you have as to weather or not to do short or longer ones. my first layer starts at the corner of my eyes.

A good hair dresser will be able to make some suggestions.

The only issue i have found is when i pull it back i now have alot of little bits around my face that hang out.

Have your hair styalist thin out your hair then if you have a long face do short layers if you have more of a round face then do long layers i think itll be good just get it thinned out first
